In this post I’ll share with you a 5 minute standing warm up video that is perfect for beginners & that requires absolutely no equipment!
Warm-Up Outline
We will do 10 movements, for 30seconds each – all which are performed standing!
- Arm Cirles
- Torso Twist & Knee Raise
- Leg Swings
- Side Step Chest Openers
- Hinge & Leg Raise
- Heel Taps & Overhead Reach
- Lateral Squat
- Butt Kicks And Press Back
- Squat To Overhead Reach
- Jog On Spot
Equipment Needed
You don’t need any equipment for this warm-up, just a small space to move back to front & side to side.

- Feel free to pause the video at point if you need to!
