I started this blog at the end of 2023, with the hope of it becoming your go-to blog for all things fitness & strength at home!
I’ve been a Personal Trainer since 2015, & I personally take a more *Body-Neutral* approach to coaching my clients.
This means that you’ll not find fat loss tips here, body shaming, diet or weight chat!
What you’ll find on this blog instead is information to help you feel confident to get started lifting, whether that’s in the gym or at home, whatever shape or size you may be! I’m all about focusing more on what our bodies can do & the cool things we can achieve, rather than focusing solely on what we look like or the scales!
